Overview
- CRM & Marketing Efficiency department’s mission is to propose and execute communication strategy to increase subscriptions and renewal of connected services. The team oversees CRM campaigns’ coordination, data analysis and traffic management of our Service Store.
- The CRM & Marketing Efficiency department is seeking an external Managed Service to act as the operational hub for content operations-managing agency coordination, HTML/asset validation, channel adaptation, and brand compliance for ex-PSA and ex-FCA communications across the Enlarged Europe region.
- Scope: ex-PSA brands and ex-FCA brands across the EMEA / Enlarged Europe region.
Main mission
- Creative Asset & Agency Coordination: Coordinate with external creative/digital agencies to ensure the timely delivery of HTML assets aligned with brand guidelines, optimized with key conversion features (CTAs, rich media) to drive customer activation and service subscriptions.
- Channel & Content Operations: Act as operational content manager for selected ongoing campaigns and communication channels, ensuring quality control and brand compliance.
- New Channel Deployment & Rollout: Support the implementation, testing, and optimization of newly introduced communication channels (e.g., in-app messaging, advanced digital formats) under the supervision of the Marketing Efficiency department, with the goal of increasing customer subscriptions.
- Project Support: Participate in operational workstreams for specific innovation projects (such as GenAI-driven content adaptations, Chatbot campaign deployment, etc.) aimed at improving campaign efficiency.
Activities
External Agency & Asset Coordination:
- Requirement Briefing: Translate campaign briefs into clear technical and brand requirement sheets for external HTML-producing agencies.
- Review & QA: Perform quality assurance (QA) on agency deliverables, ensuring technical compliance (rendering, tracking links, accessibility) and alignment with brand guidelines prior to approval.
- Process Tracking: Maintain day-to-day operational tracking with external partners to guarantee strict adherence to production deadlines and milestones.
Content Management & Operations:
- Content Curation & Adaptation: Oversee the operational curation, localization, and adaptation of content for specific campaigns or active communication channels based on pre-defined brand strategies.
- Validation Workflow: Manage the multi-stakeholder content validation loop with internal brand guardians to ensure sign-off before campaign deployment.
New Communication Channels Execution:
- Operational Rollout Support: Support the technical setup and execution of emerging or pilot communication channels (e.g., in-app messaging, push-to-chat workflows) as defined by the marketing roadmap.
- Format Localization: Adapt approved core copy and assets to fit specific channel constraints, UI formats, and tone-of-voice guidelines.
