Change Management & Adoption Support hospitals through operational changes by reinforcing expectations, tracking adoption, and helping troubleshoot barriers to implementation. New Hospital Launch Support Supports the planning and execution of new hospital openings, including readiness checklists, workflow setup, coordination with internal teams, and transition into ongoing operations. Project Oversight Support Assist in tracking project timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth transition from project phase to operational ownership. Client Billing & Revenue Support Assists hospitals with Client billing support, client account reconciliation assistance, and client collections support and coordination. Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) Facilitation Partner with the Director of Business Operations and the Clinical Leadership team to plan and facilitate MAC meetings. Support agenda development, prepare meeting materials, document decisions and action items, and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure MAC recommendations are communicated and implemented consistently across the network.
