Cherry Bekaert’s People & Culture team is looking for a People & Culture Generalist to help deliver talent, workforce, and employee experience initiatives across the organization. You’ll partner closely with People & Culture Business Partners while building broad HR business partnering capabilities through workforce analytics, talent programs, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a hybrid role that will work nationally from one of the identified offices. As a People & Culture Generalist, you will: Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to support talent, workforce, performance management, and employee experience initiatives. Prepare workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide insights for talent and business decisions. Support talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management by preparing materials, tracking actions, and coordinating follow-up. Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to support employee lifecycle activities. Create clear People & Culture communications, documentation, templates, and resources that enable consistent practices across the organization. Support organizational changes, talent programs, and cross-functional People & Culture initiatives while maintaining employee information with discretion and accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes while serving as a resource for routine employee and manager questions. What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Management, or a related field, including experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, talent initiatives, or workforce administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and communicate workforce data and insights. Experience preparing reports, presentations, communications, and business documentation with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, communication, project coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams. Sound professional judgment and discretion when working with confidential employee information and data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/reporting platforms. Experience with Workday, workforce analytics, talent or performance management, succession planning, or a professional services environment is a plus. SHRM-CP, PHR, or willingness to pursue a professional HR certification.
