Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Assist visitors with check-in and facility procedures. Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate department. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other communications. Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties. Maintain accurate records and handle information appropriately. Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals. Follow facility policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer and office skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
