Telefonisch klanten te woord staan om noodoproepen te ontvangen voor apparatuur binnen het onderhoudsportefeuille en het openen van tickets beheren, zodat oproepen kunnen worden toegewezen aan technici en later geanalyseerd bij afsluiting. Op een normale werkdag zul je: Noodoproepen beantwoorden en klanten helpen met specifieke vragen of verzoeken. Persoonlijke klantenservice bieden, zowel intern als extern, met een hoog kwaliteitsniveau en interesse wekken voor de producten en diensten van de organisatie. De bestaande database bijwerken met wijzigingen, updates en actuele status van klanten of potentiële klanten. Klanten ondersteunen door communicatie met de servicedesk en het oplossen van problemen. Klantvragen en verzoeken snel en adequaat beantwoorden. Verzamelde informatie faciliteren om zakelijke kansen zoals verkoop te monitoren. Problemen van klanten controleren en categoriseren. Problemen in vragen of klachten identificeren en oplossingen voorstellen voor verbetering. Dagelijks rapportages leveren volgens de behoeften van klant en bedrijf. Ondersteunen bij het consolideren van databases en maandelijkse rapportages tijdens het dalurenrooster (nacht en weekend). Wat mag je van ons verwachten? Een salaris tussen € 3.400,- en € 4.000,- (afhankelijk van ervaring). Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling. 27 vakantiedagen + 13 ATV-dagen (met mogelijkheid tot kopen/verkopen). Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Aantoonbare ervaring met het verwerken van een hoge werkdruk en het proactief én reactief oplossen van externe klachten. Uitstekende klantenservicevaardigheden met minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Klantenservice Medewerker of Callcenter agent. De bereidheid om technische problemen op te lossen.
