Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
- Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
- Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.
- Provide a visible security presence across the site
- Conduct regular foot patrols
- Monitor CCTV systems and security alarms
- Manage access control and visitor sign-in procedures
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
- Complete accurate incident and shift reports
- Assist employees, contractors, and visitors
- Ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed at all times

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous corporate security experience preferred
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
