Create an original video about Standout for a content creator competition. Top 3 creators will be flown to El Salvador for one week to create content with the team. The winner will be hired to work directly with founders and own Standout's content engine, turning opinions, hiring data, customer stories, and product launches into shareable content. Role involves experimenting with formats, studying performance, and helping establish Standout as the defining voice for agentic hiring and startup talent.
