Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor who clients rely on for smart business solutions.
- Actively promote and sell our services and solutions to corporate clients, driving new business opportunities.
- Make daily outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries with confidence, turning conversations into results.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets through smart planning and winning sales strategies.
- Lead annual contract negotiations, confidently overcoming challenges to close deals that work for both sides.
- Nurture long-term client trust through proactive follow-ups and outstanding ongoing support.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in account management or telesales is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Experience selling technology solutions is a strong advantage.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a proactive and helpful attitude.
- Confident presentation skills, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- A true team player who values "we" over "I" — someone who listens actively, shares ideas in discussions, and supports the team in reaching shared goals.
