What You'll Be Doing
As a Branch/Yard Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the branch by:
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Assisting with goods in and stock movements
- Providing customers with product information and excellent service
- Serving customers on the trade counter when required
- Processing orders accurately and within customer deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety throughout the yard and warehouse
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the branch operates smoothly
Essential
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Good literacy and numeracy skills

✔ Willingness to learn all aspects of the branch operation
✔ Understanding of Health & Safety within a working environment
✔ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
