We are seeking The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the solvent distillation operation during their assigned shift. They ensure the shift team follows procedures to operate the plant safely and produce the product to meet the customer's needs.
【Key Responsibilities】
Supervise and coordinate the activities of solvent distillation operators during the shift.
Coordinate with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and consistent plant operations.
Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Train and mentor new operators and technicians.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all staff.

【Required Qualifications】
5 years or above experience in chemical plants, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Forklift driving.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
24/7 operation may require flexible scheduling and on-call availability.
【Preferred Qualifications】
Holding valid certificates of "Organic solvent operation management," "Forklift driving," and "Pressured Vessel Operations."
Strong knowledge of chemical automation processes.
