The opportunity:
As an Account Director at Kurppa Hosk, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients and help them navigate their brand and communication challenges. You’ll lead client relationships and projects independently, connecting each client’s business ambitions to the work we create together.
You’ll shape the scope and commercial approach for assignments across brand strategy, design and communication. With a clear view of budgets, contracts and forecasts, you’ll balance client value and creative quality with commercial performance. You’ll anticipate challenges, address risks proactively and know when to involve others.
You’ll build lasting relationships based on trust, understand what drives each client’s business and identify opportunities to deepen and grow our partnerships. Working with strategists, creatives and specialists across Kurppa Hosk and Eidra, you’ll bring together the expertise needed to create meaningful impact for our clients.
What you’ll bring:
Experience leading client relationships and managing brand, design, and creative communication projects from brief to delivery, ideally in an agency or similar creative environment.
A genuine interest in branding, design, and creative communication with the ability to understand client business needs and connect them to creative solutions.
The confidence to lead interdisciplinary teams, create clarity around roles and responsibilities and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong commercial judgement, including experience shaping scopes, managing contracts and budgets and reporting financial performance and forecasts accurately.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance client value, creative quality and profitability.
A proactive, organised approach to managing risks, navigating challenges and knowing when to escalate issues.
A track record of building client trust and identifying opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
Experience with large-scale projects or brand implementation, or experience working internationally is a plus.
