Role and Key Responsibilities: · Handle emails and visitors efficiently. Day to Day Task function checks. · Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval. · Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office. · Act as a liaison between departments and Internal & external stakeholders. · Ensure the office is organized, all amenities are functioning, and equipment is in working order. · Maintain communication between employees and coordinate with suppliers.
