Main responsibilities: Lead the maintenance team to ensure the delivery of fast, high-quality, and safe maintenance services. Represent KONE in communication with customers. Support the sales team in closing sales opportunities. Manage the daily operations and personnel of the maintenance team, ensure proper reporting, and collaborate closely with other departments within the company. Requirements Academic qualifications in Business Administration or another relevant field. Good command of both Greek and English (written and spoken). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership capabilities. Service-oriented mindset and market awareness. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability and willingness to work with new digital tools and innovations. Απαιτούμενα προσόντα: Ακαδημαϊκά προσόντα σε Διαχείριση Επιχειρήσεων ή άλλο σχετικό τομέα. Καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (Γραπτά και Προφορικά). Δυνατές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές ικανότητες. Ηγετικές ικανότητες. Νοοτροπία εξυπηρέτησης και επίγνωση της αγοράς. Απαραίτητη η νοοτροπία ομαδικότητας και η συνεργασίας.
