As our Group IT Senior Business Analyst, you’ll help shape and deliver digital and IT projects by getting to the heart of business problems, turning them into clear requirements, and helping teams deliver smart outcomes. Key role responsibilities Understand, validate, and document business problems and solution requirements across Group IT and digital projects. Lead Workshops, support business case and RFP activity, and help shape quality project outcomes from discovery through to delivery. Manage Requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including supporting design, development, and testing.
