New Richmond Road Stage 2 construction will reduce congestion, improve safety and provide improved flood resilience between Richmond and North Richmond. We’re looking for an experienced Foreperson to join our Fulton Hogan Construction team and support the delivery of a major infrastructure project. This is a key role where you’ll lead site activities, bring teams together and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Working closely with the engineering team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations on site, setting clear direction for crews and subcontractors and keeping work moving in line with programme expectations What you’ll do Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently Supervise crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts Coordinate activities in line with programme, quality and cost expectations Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to keep delivery on track Work closely with engineers and project teams to plan and deliver site activities Maintain strong communication with teams, supervisors and stakeholders What we’re looking for We’re looking for a Foreperson who brings solid experience in civil construction and understands what it takes to deliver work safely and efficiently on site.
