NEW PER RATES: $19-$20.50 How you will make an impact Provide compassionate, non-medical personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Support residents with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, pet care, and organization. Escort residents to appointments, community events, and social activities. Foster meaningful relationships that promote residents' emotional well-being and quality of life. Observe and promptly report any changes in a resident's condition or needs. Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and quality care standards. Maintain required competencies and continually develop caregiving skills to provide exceptional service. What you will need Caregiving experience is preferred and may include professional, volunteer, or personal experience providing care or support to an older adult or loved one.
