Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. Implement individualized care plans, focusing on each resident's strengths, preferences, and daily routines. Foster a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging through meaningful interactions and relationship-building. Encourage engagement and participation in resident activities, programs, and community life. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed promptly and effectively. What you will need Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred Current CPR certification is preferred. Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working Must be at least 18 years of age Basic computer skills required.
