Working alongside the Head of Business Control & Risk, Transaction Banking (TB), you will implement robust compliance frameworks and continually update policies and procedures to ensure full alignment with regulatory standards, legal requirements, and internal guidelines. Job Responsibilities Foster Compliance Culture: Actively promote and drive risk awareness and regulatory compliance across Transaction Banking. Manage Risk Assessments: Oversee and execute risk assessments across all TB business units. Control & Monitoring: Help design and execute monitoring plans to evaluate the effectiveness of TB compliance controls. Regulatory Reporting: Ensure all regulatory disclosures and reports are accurate and submitted on time. Who We Are Looking For Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics/Law or equivalent. Near native proficiency in spoken and written English. 2 years and above relevant experience in corporate/commercial business and/or managing compliance or legal risk at a banking and financial Institution. Knowledge of legislative aspects/regulatory requirements of banking and financial institutions and banking products are key requirements.
