Experience administering learning technologies, managing learner communications, assignments, audiences, and reporting. Proficiency analyzing data and generating insights to support decision-making, measure program effectiveness, and identify process improvement opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support learner inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
