Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our Wabasha, MN Pharmacy. In this role, you’ll work alongside pharmacists to deliver Love + Medicine to our patients. What you’ll do: Work 36 hours per week (full time, benefits eligible) Monday – Saturday, day shifts Must be available Saturday mornings from 8 – 12 noon Enter prescription data, calculate dispensing quantities, prepare medication labels, and fill prescriptions Compound non-sterile products and manage inventory needs Prepare prescriptions for pick up, delivery, or shipment Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries What you’ll get: Hourly wage: $19.05 - $27.09 / hr, based on experience, plus additional pay for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Competitive benefits package, including our top-rated retirement plan Professional development support, including up to $3,000 per year in tuition reimbursement, financial support for advanced training and certification programs, extensive internal courses, and access to Gundersen’s Career Development Center What you’ll need: High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program or at least one year of pharmacy technician experience Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in Minnesota Nationally recognized pharmacy technician certification (CPhT or ExCPT), or willingness to become certified within 6 months of hire Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
