Your mission Au sein de la Direction Financière, vous accompagnez les équipes opérationnelles dans le suivi de la performance économique de votre périmètre et contribuez à la qualité des analyses permettant la prise de décision. Vous intervenez en support des contrôleurs de gestion et participez activement aux différents cycles financiers de l'entreprise. Plus précisément, vous : Participez aux clôtures mensuelles et à l'analyse des résultats. Contribuez à l'élaboration des budgets, forecasts et plans de performance. Suivez les indicateurs de pilotage et produisez les reportings financiers. Analysez les écarts entre le réalisé et le budget et identifiez les leviers d'amélioration. Accompagnez les opérationnels dans le suivi de leur activité et de leurs coûts. Participez à la valorisation des stocks et au suivi des principaux indicateurs financiers et industriels. Contribuez à l'amélioration continue des outils de gestion, de reporting et des processus financiers. Réalisez des analyses ad hoc afin de soutenir les prises de décision. Nous pouvons être amenés à recruter des contrôleurs de gestion sur le bassin tarnais (81), mais également sur nos sites industriels : Soual (81), Avène (34), Gien (45), Cahors (46), Gaillac (81) Who you are ? Formation Bac +5 en Contrôle de Gestion, Finance, Audit ou École de Commerce. Une première expérience (stage, alternance ou premier emploi) en contrôle de gestion, audit ou analyse financière est appréciée. Compétences Bonne maîtrise d'Excel. Connaissance des outils de reporting et d'analyse de données (Power BI, SAP, TM1, Anaplan ou équivalent appréciés). Maîtrise des concepts financiers et de gestion. Niveau d'anglais professionnel souhaité. Qualités personnelles Rigueur et sens de l'organisation. Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Curiosité et envie d'apprendre.
