Key Responsibilities · Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across technical, professional, manufacturing, and operational roles. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational fit. Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to hiring managers. · Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday and other recruiting systems. Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and requisition status. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures. Partner with HR, Compensation, and hiring managers on offer development and approval processes. Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for professional, technical, manufacturing, operations, or corporate roles. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and consulting skills. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. i.e. Workday. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams. Preferred Qualification · Experience recruiting within manufacturing, technology, data center, engineering, or supply chain environments. · Experience supporting high-volume hiring and workforce planning initiatives. · Agency recruiting experience and/or corporate recruiting experience. · Professional certification in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruiting.
