Schedule service appointments using dealership software Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs Assist the service department with customer communication and coordination Perform light administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and copying documents Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information Provide first-class customer support What You'll Bring 1 year of prior experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls required Demonstrated, stable job history required Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and navigate new systems Welcome approach and appearance Must speak clearly and have a pleasant phone disposition Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer Experience establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction Total Rewards The Hourly Pay for this position is $21.00, plus you will be eligible for monthly performance bonus opportunities.
