Growth-oriented dealership Stable ownership Modern facilities Opportunity to make a significant impact immediately What You'll Do Lead all parts department operations Maintain accurate inventory and proper stocking levels Improve inventory turns and reduce obsolescence Maximize departmental gross profit Grow wholesale and retail parts business Recruit, train, and develop team members Deliver exceptional support to service technicians and advisors What You'll Bring Current or former Automotive Parts Manager Deep understanding of automotive parts inventory management, obsolescence control, and manufacturer programs Proven track record of increasing departmental profit and performance Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and hold a team accountable Experience working closely with Fixed Operations leadership to maximize departmental success Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
