About the role As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and partners, you'll help drive transformation across our business by: Challenging conventional thinking and introducing innovative solutions to people challenges. Identifying emerging workforce trends. Leveraging AI, automation and technology to streamline processes and improve employee experiences. Leading and supporting organisational change initiatives. Translating data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and drive measurable business outcomes. Building capability to navigate change, complexity and ambiguity.
