Responsibilities: provide 7x24 Network monitoring 1st tier Network support Alert monitoring Raise ticket if have incoming queries and pass to 2nd tier support Reply emails to customer Follow standard procedure to generate data and report Working hours: 12 hours per day, 4 working days per week during Friday to Monday, 8am-8pm Requirements: · Degree holder · in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline · Holder of Cisco CCNA will be advantage · Preferred with 1-2 year(s) of work experience in IT or telecommunication industry · knowledge of networking technologies including switching, routing, firewall will be advantage · Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Interested applicants are invited to apply via our careers portal.
