THE JOB: As a Lead General Engineer, you will play a critical role in Engineering operations, resolving complex and escalated maintenance challenges across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance. Through your advanced technical expertise, you will help ensure guest rooms, public areas, and operational departments throughout the property remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will also provide guidance to fellow Engineers and coordinate work assignments for Engineers and Laborers, ensuring timely repairs and efficient daily operations.
