FULL TIMEREMOTEMIDDLE LEVELSALES & MARKETING

The Client Insights & Delivery (CID) Analyst is a foundational role within the Global Nielsen Campaign Analytics team, focused on delivering actionable recommendations that drive client success and market impact.

As a member of this fast-paced, client-facing team, your primary responsibility is to work directly with media companies and advertisers to understand campaign objectives, advise on study setup, and provide performance analysis. You will assist in designing studies to measure ad effectiveness across all media platforms (digital, social, streaming, and podcasting) and perform deep-dive custom analyses under the guidance of senior members, all while maintaining a high level of quality assurance throughout every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with clients, Sales, Research, and Operations, acting as a partner to grow the business through Campaign Analytics (CA) solutions.

  • Business Objectives: Help translate broad business needs into specific, measurable research questions that can be solved by Nielsen solutions.

  • Research & Analysis: Design, execute, and present detailed research analyses, primarily focused on test vs. control methodology to determine the lift driven by measured campaigns.

  • Client Delivery: Use Product knowledge to support clients in designing and executing studies. Analytically consult with clients on the results, ensuring insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous QA checks on test setup, data quality, and presentation materials to ensure best practices are strictly followed.

  • Collaboration & Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, find the root cause, and proactively resolve them with appropriate parties.

  • Project Management: Maintain accurate records of study timelines, milestones, and presentation dates, keeping all relevant internal and external stakeholders updated.

  • 2-3 years experience in analytics and/or media or marketing planning.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to grasp new concepts easily and present them simply. Advanced level of English (written and verbal) is required.

  • Excellent critical thinking ability and a desire to seek solutions for novel situations.

  • A self-motivated, curious learner with strong project and time management skills. Ability to work quickly, adapt, and manage multiple projects at once.

  • Technical proficiency in Office/Google Suite of software solutions.

  • Strong Plus: Media and advertising industry knowledge, past experience in digital media buying/planning and marketing analytics, and experience with Syndicated data sets (Nielsen IQ and/or IRI) are all strong advantages.
