Nous recrutons un(e) Chef de Secteur – Sud Alsace / Franche-Comté Départements : 25 - 68 - 90 - 70 (partiel) - 88 (partiel) Votre mission : Vous êtes l'ambassadeur·rice Kraft Heinz sur le secteur, rattaché(e) au directeur régional de la Zone. Votre objectif : booster le chiffre d'affaires et les parts de marché de nos marques en hypermarchés et supermarchés, tout en construisant des partenariats solides avec vos clients. Vos responsabilités : Mettre en œuvre les accords nationaux et les plans marketing sur votre secteur Gérer et développer un portefeuille d'environ 100 magasins. Déployer et animer les opérations promotionnelles et merchandising. Optimiser la présence, la visibilité et la théâtralisation de nos produits en magasin. Détecter et saisir chaque opportunité business pour développer votre secteur. Analyser les indicateurs de performance et proposer des plans d'action adaptés. Construire une relation de confiance avec les décideurs clés de vos enseignes. Assurer une veille concurrentielle et partager vos insights avec les équipes internes. Votre profil : Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 (Commerce, Vente, École de commerce) Une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en GMS et/ou agroalimentaire sera appréciée. Profil junior accepté – la motivation et l'envie de performer font la différence ! La pratique de l'anglais est un plus. Ce qui fera la différence : Solides compétences en vente et négociation Autonomie, esprit entrepreneurial et goût du challenge. Force de conviction et excellent relationnel client. Organisation, sens de l'analyse et esprit d'équipe. Ce que nous offrons : Rémunération fixe : 34 000 – 40 000€/an Part Variable allant jusqu'à 15% du salaire fixe. Véhicule de fonction.
