The individual selected for this position will manage a caseload, participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team working closely with correctional staff, work collaboratively with social benefits and educational assistance entities, and screen and refer individuals to various state-wide reentry programs. Primary Working Hours: M-F; 8-5 onsite FLSA Status: Nonexempt Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and one year of experience in professional case management behavioral health services OR a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and two years of professional experience in professional case management behavioral health services. Special Requirements: Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position. Additionally, applicants must be Case Management II certified or be eligible to receive certification within six (6) months of hire date.
