About the role
You’ll build Enlighten’s organic inbound program from Raleigh. You’ll decide which audiences to reach, what we should publish, and how to turn conversations in the community into qualified opportunities. You’ll write, publish, and participate yourself.
What you'll do
- Set the editorial and distribution strategy. Work with Enlighten’s experts to turn what we’re learning into original articles, videos, and posts buyers will want to share.
- Publish through Enlighten’s website, newsletter, and social channels. Build a consistent presence on LinkedIn and X, and join the industry communities where buyers already exchange ideas.
- Test topics, formats, and calls to action. Improve discovery through search and make it easy for interested readers to start a conversation.
- Own reporting from content and community activity through qualified inbound leads and pipeline. Work with SDRs and Account Executives to see which conversations turn into real opportunities.
- Build and own a repeatable content production system. Use modern video editors to cut interviews and demos yourself. Run multiple agents in parallel every day to transcribe recordings, find clips, draft captions, adapt edits for each channel, and track performance. Build the tools and review steps that let the team publish consistently while keeping the speaker’s voice and checking every material claim.
What you bring
- A record of generating qualified inbound leads through organic content and community participation in B2B, AI, data, or another technical market.
- Examples of original work you personally created and distributed, with evidence of the conversations or opportunities it generated.
- Experience setting editorial direction, building a publishing cadence, improving website conversion, and measuring content’s contribution to pipeline.
- A portfolio of video you’ve edited with modern tools, plus a content workflow you built with multiple AI agents. Show which steps you automated, how people reviewed the work, and how the system helped a team publish original content consistently.
- Good judgment about public claims, customer confidentiality, and when to seek input. You can set priorities and ship without waiting for detailed direction.
- You work independently. You can take an unclear goal, decide what to do first, find what you need, and carry the work through to a result. You bring people in early when a decision, risk, or dependency needs their input.
How we work
AI agents are core to how we get work done. You'll spend a substantial part of your day running multiple agents in parallel, building tools and workflows with them, and checking what they produce. You own the result. Verify the facts, calculations, code, and claims before they go into a decision, a customer conversation, or a release.
What success looks like
- Original content ships consistently and earns responses from the buyers we want to reach.
- Community conversations produce qualified inbound leads, and sales has enough context to follow up.
- The team can show which topics and channels contribute to pipeline and use that evidence to decide what to publish next.
