Job Description: Responsibilities: Author, configure, update, and maintain Assurance and Risk Advisory tools, templates, guidance, training materials, and related technology-enabled content. Translate approved methodology, business, regulatory, and professional standards requirements into structured content. Perform detailed quality assurance and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, functionality, and adherence to established standards. Execute assigned authoring activities independently while following documented processes, timelines, and quality controls. Support testing and validation of new and revised content prior to release and identify or escalate defects and quality issues. Maintain appropriate documentation and version control for content changes. Collaborate with Assurance Technology team members and business, methodology, training, and other stakeholders to implement approved changes. Support periodic updates resulting from changes in professional standards, regulatory requirements, methodology, technology, or business needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of authoring processes, documentation, and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background in accounting, finance, business, information systems, technology, communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, consistent, high-quality work. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines. Ability to understand, interpret, and accurately implement detailed written requirements and instructions. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability and willingness to learn new technology platforms, authoring tools, methodologies, and business processes. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, geographically dispersed team environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with business technology.
