Job Description Field Service Engineer / Estado de México - Morelos Location: Toluca - Edo. México Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. Job Description: Territory includes Estado de México and Morelos Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance, qualification and repair services. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance. Proactively responds to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business. Delivers (does not design) fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software. Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and manages product escalations Collaborates with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers. May have knowledge of third-party products. May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers on equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and best practices May mentor and train other field engineers or customers. May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers. Identify and qualify potential customer opportunities and sales leads when appropriate. Must consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites. Requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, customer health and safety requirements, etc. Qualifications Candidate must be located in Toluca, Edo. México Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required. Valid driver´s license with the ability to travel to customer sites Generally, requires minimal (up to 2 years) to no prior relevant work experience. Willingness to travel up to 50%+ of the time Professional proficiency in spoken and written English Strong communication skills, customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
