Our headquarters is located in Landskrona, Sweden, but our work and ideas reach the entire world. About the role As an HR student with us, you will become part of our dedicated HR team of 14 people. We are currently looking for two students for different specializations: HR Data & Analytics and Digital HR. You will work globally within your area and drive projects in close collaboration with colleagues in both HR and communications. Our goal is to develop our HRIS and information systems to enhance the employee experience. HR Data & Analytics In this role, the focus is on HR statistics, analysis and reporting to help us become more data-driven. You will manage databases and statistics to transform numbers into clear HR insights. For this position, we are looking for someone who is skilled in Excel. Experience with, or an interest in, PowerBI and data visualization is a major plus. Digital HR This is a broader HR role with a digital focus. Your mission will be to develop our digital workflow for employee inquiries (AskHR), where most of the communication is in English. The goal is to simplify information flows, support our global Workday implementation and produce engaging employee communication.
