Responsibilities Use RF scanners to identify, pick and pack outgoing customer orders Use Ipad or PC to perform quality checks on outgoing orders Follow processes and procedures to ensure order and packaging quality Lift and carry up to 80lbs Band and wrap outgoing freight orders Safely operate electric pallet jacks to transport products throughout the facility Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner Maintain good housekeeping in your work area Qualifications Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other PIT equipment This role requires continuous walking and/or standing for 7+ hours per day Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues Rogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace. Service Requirement: Regular (Full-Time) Hires - $1000 Bonus paid after completing 90 days of service. 2nd Shift hires will be paid an additional $1000 Bonus after 180 days of service. Seasonal Hires - Bonus paid after the earlier of: 60 days of service, or Completion of your seasonal assignment as determined by Rogue. Attendance: No more than 2.0 points on your attendance record at the time of bonus eligibility. Additional Information: The $1000 bonus will be paid with the pay period in which all eligibility requirements are met. An FLSA overtime adjustment will be included, based on hours worked during the applicable measurement period.
