What you’ll own Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality content across digital and print channels. Manage content projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver audience-focused communications. Leverage marketing technologies and content management systems to support campaign execution and content distribution. Maintain content quality, consistency, and compliance with established brand standards and regulatory requirements. Analyze content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness. What you’ll bring 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content strategy, or a related field within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services. Strong understanding of payment solutions, commercial payments, embedded finance, merchant services, or digital payment products. Proven ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, customer-focused content. Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Executive stakeholders. Expertise in content strategy, copywriting, editing, and multi-channel marketing. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
