AI products Shape conversational AI experiences for agents and the teams who support them. Identify where agentic workflows can take on routine, multi-step work, starting small and expanding as results prove out. Look for where AI can help in the platform’s integrations and data flows, not only in user-facing features. Partner with engineering on design choices, guardrails, and what is ready for production. Backlog and delivery Write and refine epics and features with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria. Work with the Scrum Master and engineering on planning, trade-offs, and delivery. Define what success looks like and measure it.
