JOB SUMMARY: Responsable del control de la documentación del Sistema de Calidad y Ambiental (Procedimientos, Instrucciones de Trabajo, Formatos); documentación del proceso (Plan de Control, FMEA, Diagrama de Flujo, Ayudas Visuales, Instrucciones de Manufactura (MOI’s) y documentación externa (Manuales IPC, AIAG, FMVSS, etc…). Además es responsable del control del área de retención de registros. Llevar a cabo auditorias internas para cumplir con el programa Anual (aplica solo a Auditores internos). Debe cumplir con las responsabilidades documentadas en el SAA. Responsable del Cumplimiento de los requerimientos de IATF 16949, ISO 14001 y BASC aplicables a su función. Cumplir con los roles y responsabilidades relacionados a la protección del medioambiente. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Control de los siguientes documentos (Control significa actualización de listado maestro, publicación de nueva revisión en la red, disposición de documento obsoleto): Información de software (FRN) Documentos del proceso (FMEA, Diagrama de Flujo, Plan de Control, Ayudas Visuales, Procesos Directivos, Instrucciones de Manufactura (MOI’s), Alertas de Calidad, PPAPs Documentos del Sistema (Calidad o Ambiental): Procedimientos, Instrucciones de Trabajo y Formatos. Desviaciones Internas. Documentos Externos: Manuales del Cliente, AIAG, IPC, FMVSS. PPAP’s Control del área de retención de registros (Archive Room). Esto incluye mantenimiento de listado maestro de registros almacenados y disposición de los registros cuando sea requerido. EDUCATION: Escolaridad minima secundaria EXPERIENCE: Mínimo cinco años de experiencia en calidad KNOWLEDGE: Conocimiento de programas de computadora.
