Supporting the Deputy Head of Group Treasury in daily operations, more specifically:
- Support daily cash and treasury operations, helping to monitor company liquidity and process payments.
- Assist with treasury administration activities, including bank account management, KYC documentation, and maintaining accurate records and processes.
- Work closely with finance teams across different countries to resolve queries and reconcile financial data.
- Support month-end treasury activities, including account reconciliations and interest calculations.
- Help maintain and update the Treasury Management System (TMS), providing support to internal users.
- Assist in managing intercompany loans, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to improving treasury processes, procedures, and internal documentation.
- Support audit, compliance, and banking requirements while gaining exposure to global treasury operations.
Education: Recent Graduate from a Business or Engineering School ; Bachelor/Master’s degree with a major in Treasury/Finance an advantage.
Experience: An internship in a cash management, financing, financial audit or consulting position in corporate finance, or a strong background on cash management or financing topics is ideal (cash pool, treasury systems, internal financing). Strong Excel skills. Experience in financial tool administration is a plus.
Languages: Excellent English; French is a plus.
Personal skills: Attention to detail; structured in approach, with an ability to reprioritise as necessary; autonomous; determined; curious; happy to challenge the status quo; strong reporting, analytical and communication skills.
