About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented APAC DTC Campaign Intern to support in-app promotional campaigns that drive sales and user growth across APAC markets. You’ll work with regional and local User Operations teams to coordinate campaign launches, track performance and improve execution. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, assets, launch checks and follow-up. Coordinate in-app promotions such as bundles, referral and loyalty campaigns. Support campaign localization and rollout across APAC markets. Work with local teams and regional Marketing, Product, Design and BI to keep deliverables on track. Track campaign KPIs such as GMV, MAU, conversion, purchase frequency and repurchase. Use Excel and pivot tables to consolidate data and support campaign reviews. Gather market feedback and suggest improvements to campaign mechanics and user experience. Maintain campaign trackers and documentation; independently manage assigned tasks. Requirements Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics or a related field. Strong interest in e-commerce, DTC operations, user growth and sales-driven campaigns. Organized, detail-oriented and proactive in following through on tasks. Strong communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, with an interest in data analysis. Experience in e-commerce, platform operations, retail or F&B is a plus.
