The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences by preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established luxury standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, comprehensive product knowledge, stellar guest engagement, and strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and inventory control protocols. Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes, presentation guidelines, and portion controls. Execute orders accurately and efficiently during peak operating hours. Maintain expert knowledge of cocktail menus, wines, spirits, and signature offerings. Recommend selections and handle guest preferences with a professional, solution-oriented approach. Set up, stock, and close the bar station, ensuring all tools, glassware, and inventory are pristine. Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and coordinate requisitions. Comply strictly with health, hygiene, and HACCP sanitation regulations behind the bar. Inspect bar equipment regularly and report malfunctions immediately. Greet patrons courteously and maintain a welcoming presence at the bar. Coordinate smoothly with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Communicate effectively in English and the local operational language with international travelers. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to safety and legal compliance guidelines. Collaborate across departments to support team goals and assist in other outlets when required. Participate actively in daily briefings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
