Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and service standards. Create innovative and visually appealing signature cocktails that complement the hotel or outlet concept. Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and enhance the overall bar experience through personalized service. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, mixers, garnishes, and beverage ingredients. Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portion control. Assist in developing and updating cocktail menus, seasonal beverages, and beverage promotions. Prepare homemade syrups, infusions, garnishes, and other cocktail ingredients as required. Maintain proper mise en place and ensure the bar is fully prepared before each service period. Monitor beverage stock levels and assist with inventory control to minimize wastage and maintain appropriate stock levels. Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, tools, and working areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained. Follow hygiene, food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards at all times. Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Support special events, private functions, and beverage-related activities when required. Share cocktail and beverage knowledge with bartenders and other team members to support consistent service standards.
