Esta beca ofrece una oportunidad única para adquirir experiencia práctica en un entorno sanitario, donde tus análisis contribuirán directamente a la eficiencia de nuestros servicios y al bienestar de los pacientes. Tus principales funciones: Creación y optimización de KPIs: Apoyo en el diseño, mantenimiento y mejora de distintos indicadores operativos a través de Power BI. Gestión de datos masivos: Soporte en la extracción masiva y análisis de datos procedentes de múltiples bases de datos. Calidad de información: Seguimiento continuo de la calidad del dato y monitorización de los planes de acción lanzados desde el área de Operaciones. Reporting: Soporte en la elaboración de informes detallados sobre las operaciones. Proyectos de mejora: Participación en iniciativas orientadas a la optimización de procesos de datos. Requisitos: Titulación: Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Data Analytics o similares. Ofimática: Manejo de herramientas estándar de oficina (Excel, Word, etc.). Power BI: Conocimientos básicos (deseables). Idioma: Nivel de inglés B2 (intermedio). Convenio: Disponibilidad para firmar convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o centro de estudios. Competencias y conocimientos valorables: Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas. Trabajo en equipo, atención al detalle y actitud proactiva. Experiencia previa o interés en Sistemas de Información. Interés por el sector de la salud y la atención domiciliaria.
