No two days are ever the same! As the face of our clinic, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our clients and their pets. Your day may include: Being the first point of contact for incoming calls, booking appointments, providing basic animal care advice where appropriate, and directing enquiries to the right team members. Identifying patients requiring urgent veterinary attention and coordinating emergency appointments when needed. Supporting and promoting safe workplace practices within the clinic. Preparing client and patient information and ensuring all required paperwork is completed before consultations. Managing billing, payments, client check-out and future bookings. Preparing the reception area for opening and organising appointment files for the day ahead. Assisting with stock management and inventory tasks. Supporting the team with general administrative duties. Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception environment for our clients, patients and team members. What We Need... Experience is preferred; however, for the right person with a genuine passion for helping pets and their families, we are excited to provide support and training to help launch a rewarding career within the veterinary industry. We're looking for someone who: Has intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Communicates with confidence, professionalism and a warm, friendly manner. Demonstrates compassion, empathy and emotional resilience. Enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team. Builds strong relationships with clients, patients and colleagues.
