Provide competitive pricing and market-making services to corporate, institutional, and retail clients. Manage portfolio risk, including currency and interest rate exposures, by utilizing effective hedging techniques. Collaborate closely with sales, structuring, and research teams to develop and deliver tailored financial solutions to clients. Ensure strict adherence to all internal risk management policies, industry codes of conduct, and regulatory requirements. Monitor global market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments to identify trading opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Contribute to the enhancement of trading systems, pricing models, and infrastructure to drive operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline. Proven track record of successful trading experience in FX and derivative products within a global financial institution. Deep understanding of financial markets, derivative pricing models, and risk management methodologies. Strong analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform under high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. High level of integrity and a strong commitment to compliance and risk control standards. Relevant regulatory certifications required for financial market trading.
