The Cognitive Banking team is focused on defining and implementing “what’s next” for DBS, utilizing digital capabilities and real-time customer data, with the objective of creating personalized and intuitive experiences for our customers. Responsibilities: AI/ML Leadership: Lead the Customer Engagement Analytics team and drive end-to-end AI/ML adoption, from model development and deployment to monitoring, optimization and governance. Predictive Analytics: Develop and scale predictive models across key CBG products to strengthen personalization, targeting and customer conversion. Customer Engagement Analytics: Drive analytics across Paid and Owned channels, identifying customer and behavioural insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness. Performance & Measurement: Lead performance measurement and control-tower capabilities across CBG products, translating data into actionable business and marketing insights. Wealth Engagement: Drive campaign strategy and analytics across Retail and Digital Wealth, partnering with Product, Marketing and Business teams to identify new engagement opportunities. Governance: Ensure robust model monitoring, explainability, bias management and compliance with Model Risk Management requirements. Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with Business, Product, Marketing, Technology, Data Engineering and Regional teams to translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of working experience, in a similar capacity with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives working across various stakeholders and teams including technology Adaptable to work with ambiguity and changing landscapes given the fast-paced nature of the industry Experience working with project management, data analytics or technology teams would be preferred Strong business acumen and familiarity with the Consumer Banking business, services, products, lifecycles and how these are linked into various ecosystems Strong understanding of consumer banking technology and the latest trends in the industry Passionate about delivering best-of-class capabilities, including producing seamless and superior customer experience and engagement Strong stakeholder management skills set, with a resilient and positive attitude Key Points to look out for: Experience in project management/ implementation (innovation, AI/ML projects), managed Tech specifications Self-starters, with strong knowledge of fintech and latest trends in the industry Strong sense of customer obsession, leveraging data to elevate the journey experience Location: DBS Asia Central Job: Analytics Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time DBS is more than a bank — we're shaping the future of finance and communities.
