    • Strategic Workforce Partnership: Collaborate with GTM and G&A leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs, monitor progress, and manage recruiting relationships across global teams.

    • Recruiting Strategy Development: Design, develop, and continuously improve recruiting strategies tailored to the needs of Revenue, Marketing, and G&A functions, ensuring quarterly hiring targets are met.

    • Hiring Process Optimization: Work with recruiters and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks across the hiring funnel and implement solutions that improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.

    • Requirements:

      • At least 10 years of GTM recruiting experience, including 5 or more years of people management experience in recent roles.

      • Extensive experience recruiting across a broad range of global go-to-market functions, including Revenue and Marketing; experience with G&A recruiting is an advantage.

      • Experience working in both startup environments and larger, scaled organizations.

      • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and motivate recruiting teams.

      • A data-driven and metrics-oriented approach to recruiting strategy, team performance, and hiring operations.

      • Experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders to align talent acquisition with strategic priorities.

      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

      • Ability to identify recruiting process challenges and implement effective, scalable improvements.

      • Demonstrated commitment to protecting company and customer data in recruiting operations.

      • Practical experience using AI tools in daily work to improve productivity and outcomes, with sound judgment and a strong quality standard for AI-assisted work.

      • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

      • Benefits:

        • Compensation: U.S. base salary range of $208,000–$284,000, with final offers depending on location, skills, experience, and relevant credentials.

        • Equity: Eligible for equity compensation.
