  • Follow up on proposals, reviews, and negotiations to ensure timely execution of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Support procurement, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking activities.
  • Track proposal reviews, negotiations, contract execution, and supplier performance.
  • Provide status reporting on open contracts, SOWs, and commercial actions.
  • Coordinate project financial closeout activities, including purchase order and work order closure.
  • Periodically review financial reports to ensure compliance with approved budgets and contract commitments.
  • Reconcile contractor actual costs against approved budgets, GMPs, and schedules of values.
  • Administer contracts, including retention, terms and conditions, insurance requirements, allowances, contingency, and incentives.
  • Monitor project schedule performance and key milestones to identify potential cost and delivery impacts.
  • Analyze critical schedule trends, progress updates, delays, and recovery plans in support of integrated project controls reporting.
  • Partner with project teams to evaluate schedule changes and their impact on forecasted costs, risk, and project outcomes.
  • Support earned value management, schedule performance analysis, and overall project controls reporting.
  • Attend risk meetings and maintain project risk logs, including schedule-related risks and mitigation actions.
  • Compile historical cost data and benchmarking information.
  • Maintain cost benchmarking databases and reporting tools.
  • Maintain project records and document control systems.
  • Track key commercial documents including change orders, invoices, payments, lien releases, and contract documentation.
  • Initiate closeout processes prior to project completion.
  • Establish closeout documentation requirements and track receipt of all required closeout deliverables, including warranties, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
  • Coordinate and participate in cost, change control, commercial, and project controls review meetings.
  • Support project governance, compliance, QA/QC, and internal controls requirements.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role and are to be adhered to where applicable.
