PEOPLE & OPS
Who are we? At Finastra, we’re a global leader in financial services software, dedicated to expanding access to financial services and shaping what’s next for the industry. Our technology powers mission‑critical solutions across Lending, Payments and Universal Banking, supporting over 7,000 customers, including 80% of the world’s top 50 banks, in more than 110 countries. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders within a newly established organisation. This is a broad, hands-on role combining high-quality executive support with wider organisational coordination. You’ll help senior leaders stay organised, manage competing priorities and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders, while helping to establish effective ways of working across the organisation. Responsibilities & Deliverables Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-priority meetings across multiple time zones. Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation and expenses. Prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, reports and meeting materials. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement. Anticipate executive needs, manage changing priorities and ensure timely follow-up on key actions and deliverables. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across global teams. Provide backup Executive Assistant support when required. Support organisation-level distribution lists in partnership with the People team. Support the organisation’s operating cadence and calendar, including site events, ESG, the People Calendar and RemCo. Coordinate in-office and offsite meetings, events and executive visits. Support and enhance processes that improve efficiency and collaboration. What we’re looking for Experience providing high-level support to senior executives in a fast-paced, global organisation. Strong calendar management, organisational and prioritisation skills. Experience working across multiple time zones and supporting global teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. A proactive approach, with evidence of taking initiative and using sound judgement. An adaptable, hands-on approach, with a willingness to take ownership and contribute beyond a traditional Executive Assistant remit as the organisation establishes its ways of working. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom and SharePoint. Event planning or coordination experience would be advantageous. Experience within banking, financial services or technology would be a plus. Why join us? This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to a newly established organisation as it develops its ways of working.
