Your Role: As the MQ Tech at Lilly Sr. Director at our new Netherlands site, you’ll spearhead the digital strategy, reporting to both the M&Q IT AVP and the Manufacturing AVP Site Head at Netherlands. Strong technical innovator base driven by business value Key Responsibilities: Define and deploy the digital strategy for Netherlands facility in alignment with the Global Tech@Lilly Strategy. Guarantee digital operational readiness for site launch, integrating systems such as: Infrastructure SAP Warehouse Management & Logistics Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Data Historian and Real-Time Floor Tracking Comprehensive Data Management: Integration, Analytics Digital Plant Innovations and Laboratory Information Management CAPA Systems, Access Security, and Risk Management Serve on the Site Leadership Team, drive digital strategy and foster a culture of excellence aligned with Lilly’s values. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team recruitment and development. Lead talent management, including recognition, compensation, and succession planning. Spearhead cGMP compliance and operational excellence initiatives. Manage and Control Budget and Capital. Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of leadership in Pharma IT, with a focus on manufacturing IT/OT leadership experience. Strong experience on MES implementation support and maintenance.
